Curiosity, imagination and ingenuity.

This is Faby’s inexhaustible source of renewal, in conjunction with the work of design guru Karim Rashid.

After a long period of colorful forms, the Cultural Shaper from New York has designed a more luminous digital journey for Faby, as part of a new collection dedicated to the American Big Apple.

“For Faby, I selected a palette of my favorite nail colors and added some silver, neutrals and dark purple with very small sparkling additives to create a reflective sheen with depth and richness.”

There are six new chromatic designs dedicated to the City, using several interplays of light and darkness to enhance the dark and metallic hues, tending toward purple taupe and then grey but vivid tones.

One again, nail polish is presented as part of the latest trend of accessories for the every life of women and men who are always in search of new perceptions.

“I like being casual but futuristic. A man has style when he is dressed, groomed, and displays his personal elegance and expression.  I think of it as a way of personalizing the body and another form of self-expression.“

With this new approach, Faby drew inspiration from the dark and shimmering tones of skyscrapers which evoke rhythms of constant motion in a city that never sleeps.

The colors range from the dark metallic grey typical of the skyscrapers of the Museum Mile (5th Avenue) to the revolutionary Purple Taupe of the Marquee Moon, the symbolic album of New Wave. The bright steel of the Empire State building, awakened by the whiteness of the lights which never go out, such as the white of Bright Lights, Big City.
